Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1,000. (You can adjust this amount to suit your business.)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Cape Town: 1–3 business days

  • Major Cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha): 2–5 business days

  • Regional & Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Alkebulan Organics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, strikes, or courier delays

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and provide an update.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, Alkebulan Organics ships within South Africa only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
